Rape culture is behaviors such as victim blaming, slut-shaming, sexual objectification, trivialization of rape, denial of widespread rape, and refusal to acknowledge the harm caused by sexual violence. Those attitudes are quite common in the west, especially in places like high schools, motorcycle gangs, frat houses, military and well you know America is the rape capital of the world if you count prison rapes.

See the above paragraph? That's a way that someone might describe western countries as rape culture. So you are wrong to say there's no way.
