Whichever post you were responding to, you missed the point Chuck made in his OP, which he clarified with another reply in this same thread and in fact your "pointing out" got his point exactly backwards. You have at no point during this entyre thread acknowledged what Chuck's main point actually was. Even now you continue to misunderstand why he equated patriarchal culture with rape culture. Rather than actually digest what Chuck said you attacked with pedantic quibbling, refusing to acknowledge any similarities between the two toxic mindsets Chuck referenced, because "nuh uh, they aren't the same." Of course Patriarchal culture is not exactly the same as rape culture, otherwise why even have the two terms? Only an obtuse ignoramus would respond so literally to Chuck's post title "Patriarchal Culture IS Rape Culture" with that knee jerk "pointing out" that the terms are not exactly equivalent, without showing the least bit of openness to what he meant by the provocative title. You still, all the way at the bottom of the thread, continue to make zero efforts to understand. Just here to troll. To sealion. To derail. If the goal of this conversation had been to help you understand what Chuck meant, then it's been a total failure, but as always the point of interacting with you is just to give anyone reading along some concrete examples to help them understand how your sealioning patterns work. |
