Just as anti-Zionism can be (in a relative sense) progressive despite its failure to recognize how British imperialism is implicated in the establishment of the state of Isreal, so also rejoin can be (relatively) progressive despite its failure to recognize how the EU enforces neoliberalism. To recognize Zionism as racist is better than to deny it, even if the role historical role of British imperialism in the process is denied.
