Both feminism (standing up for/with women and feminine-leaning folks) AND momhood deserve our crucials, i say!! But they won't listen until they've been educated about the validity of alternatives. Take the real ways they could deal with school authorities as written by Diane Divoky in the appendix section of her book with Peter Schrag: Myth of ADD:And Other Forms of Child Control (1975). There area REAL concrete suggestions there! That's the key. So you can't just expect them to be able to translate academic works into something they can use and have the privileged time to READ! Thus i say, record more podcasts, or take existing ones and turn them into what you'd like to see out there for them! Without real world tools to seriously help them stand up to aggressive professionals, etc., they're not going to listen. In my view, anyway.
