Did someone say re re? But seriously, yeah you got it. Some sperm/thoughts hang around in the body and do any number of things besides doing the thing we are talking about. The fact that some sperm/thoughts do not do a specific thing has nothing to do with the actual real life truth that others do. Even if as you so ignorantly hooted there was no difference between the do do ones verses the don't do group. Ignorant because why assume that all of them are the same? Maybe most were destined for other paths. Just because things are of the same type as other things (thoughts/sperms) does NOT mean that ALL of those things have the same destiny.
