Harm reduction is about making the present narrative that demands that erotic affection is this most diabolical, disgusting, devastating harmful betrayal, that is evil, unwanted, and mentally sick... it's about erasing this boondoggle that is so ignorant that it, it, it is what causes grave harm. Intimacy, orgasm, horny desires, hard dicks, and liking to be physically loved must become much more matter-of-fact. That would be healthy, that would reduce the overall greater harm. Harm reduction is about making science,...well, scientific. Allowing, no,no, demanding that documented accounts of erotic embrace by male youth under 18/16yo not be deemed criminal material, but valuable data that could lead to harm reduction as male youth sexuality, sex drive, desire, and actual conduct is evaluated and truly scientifically documented, assessed, and erroneous narratives that suite a religious protocol are debunked forever. Harm reduction is capping enforcement budgets, social service budgets, the courts and judicial budgets etc... in other words the easy money printing that feeds cancerous garbage, as universities pump ever more so called experts that need jobs to pay their student debts... The monetary (petrol-dollar standard is destroying the heart of it's culture/society) Anyway coming back to "harm reduction" Sure it's macro in scope, but it needs to be... cause that's where the harm derives from, from big policy stuff that weaves itself down to eventually destroying so many young male lives, that eventually this cancer of ignorance destroys the Nation.
