I would not be happy, but if the evidence would be clearly against that theory I should accept that. We should be careful about the confirmation bias here.

However, even if enough evidence to reasonably disprove this theory is found, there are still others. Yet the "theory" that pedophilia is a mental disorder, an accident of nature and such, this "theory" where the laws that are made against us are based upon, this one should actually be questioned for better scientific proof.
