I'm not sure what triggered your first sentence here. I have lived outside of the west for a long time now. I would like to see it die, or wipe it out entirely if I had the means. Unfortunately, I don't have my fingers on any red buttons. Thank you for the Michael Davidson recommendation. I have downloaded one of his books and started reading. I like his style so far!
