*Who* are the 2-3 dozen, xactly?

What is their line of work? Whose interests are they serving? FS moderation seems to have shot itself in the foot by tolerating certain users, no? Sure, they don't technically break the rules, but having them hanging around for too long makes this a less safe and less desirable place to post - whether it be bait, or high-quality content. In the end, you have a hollowed-out community, and a site that only marginally retains it's ability to drive traffic from point to point - which I am informed is the main reason it sees some activity at least; it's "notoriety".
