Well, they're openly violent-tending towards the "lower classes" and super-nice and polite around the "upper classes" (including the middle classes).

That way, the 'Nice' implementers of policy (and why they are paid handsomely and have all those privileges) will not start to identify with the Naughty classes who dare dissent when they are wronged! How convenient, eh?

Except now, in the u.s.a., the fed cops pulled back the reality to all when they, in their typical heavy-handedness, invaded Nice Minneapolis (etc.) and forced everyone (including their Restrictively "Protected" children) to see the ugly truth.
