i mean, its not just the british establishment, its any establishment really.

Even people like hitler didnt really challeng power and status quo, I was going to say lenin as well but Im not so sure about that one. I imagine he had pretty powerful backers as well.

there has never been a ground up revolt that successfully challenged the power and status quo, without already having support from the establishment, or at least part of it.
