"Two persons doing a terror attack on the same train within 5 minutes of each other is quite a coincident if they were unrelated." There was only a single attacker, a 32-year-old black British male. A witness has said that the man was asking to be killed when surrounded by the police. The person of Caribbean descent who was arrested earlier was not involved in the attack and has been released from custody. So far, nothing suggests a "terror attack".
