Over half a billion dollars dedicated, over the next several years, to entice America's brightest to jump ship.

Might work -- but, then again, might not -- could be only the climate scientists who take the bait.

Why are American institutions of higher learning the finest in the world? Because they have so much money at their disposal.

Which Trump has stripping them of.

This doesn't bode well for the nation -- to be left without intelligent scientists. If only several dozen climate scientists took up the offer, wouldn't the average IQ in the U.S. drop by at least 20 percentage points?
