Dear me, I can only conclude that you live for fashion. Unless I missed something in the recent news, I don't think the Green Party has any stance at all on "traditional liturgical musical traditions". As for the recent working class female fashion of shockingly dyed hair, I have to admit that I am not a fan. I am not a fan of many sartorial choices on the part of my contemporaries. Young men in skinnyfit jeans that then become baggy and shapeless at the arse, for example. So far as I'm concerned, the 1980s were the last decade in which men and boys could dress in a manner that flattered their physiques. Of course, one keeps clutching at straws - will properly fitting shorts make a comeback this year, as opposed to the awful knee-length baggy nonsense? - but these days it all seems rather hopeless. But, you see, people do have the freedom to decide these things for themselves; and, not wanting to be ruled by the Taliban (not even a Christian version thereof), I really think this is not an area for the state. The point about cicumcision is that it is a bodily mutilation imposed on those who are utterly helpless to resist. Of course, I do understand that because you Yanks are all brought up thus violated you acquire a perverted sexual fetish for mutilated male genitalia, but that just shows how aesthetically corrupted you all are by the corporate machine!
