metrosexual is not a bad word, It's state of being

To me he exhibits great poise, very animated, great posture, and his hair is groomed, nails cut, n' filed and these are all great attributes, but again because the word invokes sexuality, ego, desire... to you and most in society become alarmed, alarmed because it's just so disgusting to entertain that the erotic self has any business being purposed in a boy's character.

I get it, but it's very destructive as something to find offensive, like I have suggested for years... Boys have sexual personalities, and culture wants to ridicule, deny, and wish it all away.

"Metro" has varying intensities of application, and starts for some early in life, as a personality trait. Please don't get so offended and disgusted when sexuality is evoked.

You go off the deep end, and get so emotional. That about sums up the present day culture. Thanks for your response, it is useful as an analytical tool.
