AOA as 'least common denominator'?

That's a good one to chew on. i can see how we slaves of the Roman tradition got to this place, as there's been a 3000-year long (at least) war to separate us from anything like a meaningful powerspot. So that we now only have this vague AOA thing in our heads, where before Alexander the sadistic, er, "Great", we would've been much more liberated ourselves. In our Indigenous roots where balance was more the way to do things than empty profits and materiale for the settler empire. Some i've heard says it all started when a large meteor hit northern russia and caused the Mongols to flee in the emergency, over-whelming hospitality to where it all came "to blows". (Barbara H. Clow wrote about it in a book i've forgotten the title of) Any other theories that you know of? Have you heard of this one? Thanks for the gift of your response!
