As you may've expected, i have an issue with the ADHD (et al) labels.

But why would ADHD be a signifyer for hurting another kid?

The ADHD (like other psychiatrick labels) game is like you said, applied so that they will be docile ("good") and Obedient (Conforming), but there's another aspect to it that many seem to miss:

The 'learning styles' of kids has been standardized by schools. That means that if a kid's Learning Style is different from the standardized one, they will be labeled with ADHD.
