Why would they hack you?

They would only hack you if they suspect you are in possession of real cp. The FBI can hack your computer remotely, without having physical access to your devices. They can plant custom malware onto your computer and Operating System (OS). The FBI do plant malware into illegal websites to track down the users of such sites. I think they did this with one case called PlayPen in 2015. Installing malware onto websites and files isn't difficult. This happens all of the time.
