Fatso gets ghosted and it wasn't about losing weight. How ironic.
I can't empathise with a fat boy maybe a thin one, painfully skinny,
skin and bones, trying to begin gaining weight like Charles Atlas,
Kicking sand in peoples faces, and to hell with the blog and love and fame.
