Most boys have erections even while sleeping or wake up with morning wood.

I have never heard of Erectile dysfunction in young boys so I really don't know how prevalent it is or what the causes might be..... My guess is that it's not psychological but some kind of blood-flow issue but I don't know.


That does not mean that it is developmentally abnormal just uncommon. It doesn't mean the kid wont grow out of it without medical intervention. (I doubt very much it had anything to do with the wiring in the brain)


If you think about there are not that many gay kids, or trans kids but it happens.... I would guess this is the same sort of thing.... normal but uncommon.
