Those 100+ boys all stay in dorms at the facility, and some poor volunteer has to supervise getting all of them showered every day in however few shower heads they have available. I know from my shower duty times at summer camp that boys that age (11-12) sometimes forget their soap and shampoo and you have to give them some, or they can't get the water hot enough and you need to help them work the valves, or if they're private stalls some of them will take way too long "for certain reasons" and you have to sometimes intervene to keep the lines moving. It's a tough job.
