It's like ye old Elf once said: Figuring out which is which can be a fun game. Just don't speculate publicly on which nick might be some other nick in disguise, because that would be nick-linking. Maintenance Elf was talking about a permabanned poster who keeps coming back under new names, but the same idea holds true for posters who have not been banned, but chose to come back using an alternative nick for some reason.
