That's the definition that resonates with people of my world (we, the oppressed of the world). It's just like George Bush 1 said: "Freedom isn't free." If freedom isn't free, so it follows that free is not freedom.

But it's all a big meta game that everyone plays at not playing. A kind of secret code word for playing the Game of Life while not upsetting the overlords too much (a.k.a. the deep state).
