... perhaps you're thinking of Animal Farm? Certainly, I don't think Snowball ever got up to such antics.

The whole idea of Brave New World is that sex and drugs are used to distract the public away from the tyranny they live under, though Huxley's ideas about sex and drugs were hardly as puritanical as his characters would think of his own era's, so I'd say he's mocking both extremes with one tome.
