Had anyone confirmed bl12 closure?

Google's chatbot (which often is wrong) says that there is no Luca the boy directing the bl12 board, and that this announcement is likely a spoof.

It also talked about corporate decisions of the GameFAQs gaming site host to focus on making money, and close off-topic boards in 2024.
