With what you said in mind I2P is worse because it has less traffic and less users than Tor, it is easier to deanonymize under those conditions, law enforcement might not be doing it because all drug dealers selling online use Tor hidden sites not I2P and as far as I know there is no child porn in I2P, in Tor they even have DIG AI and uncensored AI engine that can create child porn and hacking manuals and explosive manuals. I would imagine they are high on the FBI hit list, there are article about DIG AI in the main press that is how I know about them, it is no secret. If you believe the whole Tor network is compromised you have the possibility of using a VPN before accessing Tor, as a first node, this can be made with ProtonVPN and NordVPN but you will bbe placing trust in that VPN company more than Tor and a VPN can not be set up in Tails, it has those downsides too. After moving to Linux,the next stage of privacy should be to set up AI locally in a spare computer without any Internet access. I know of somebody in another forum who told me he has set up AI locally and the results are decent, not as good as a cloud service but ok. He is using it to write novels and ask questions about his mental health. In the case of novels if the results are not good enough they can be manually changed to anything of his liking with less work than starting from scratch.
