When you touch or look at a child for the purpose of sexual gratification, that's in the rape family. If it's true that the man was touching the children to get off sexually, that's indecency. Children are their own people worthy of having their dignity and human rights respected. We should expect more from Irish men than to act like a dog with a humping problem whenever children come around.
