All you need is a fake ID with all your real information except a different spelling of your first name and year of birth. They'll run that information through the county court and obviously nothing will come up because no one exists with that name and year of birth. When you get hired, you'll need an ID for an I9 and you'll just show them the ID. All you got to do is say that you've had two jobs in the last decade. One pre-COVID and one current. They can't contact your employer because you don't want them to know that you're looking for another job. As for your previous job, you'll lie again and say that you worked for a company that went out of business due to COVID (believable) and you don't keep in contact with them. You can offer a fake W9 as proof of employment though. |
