read the definition, again

Actually, it is racist to notice the differences - just read the definition. And if you express the differences, you are a hateful racist, even there is nothing hateful in your statement.

It is the same story with the words Negro, Black, Afro-American, and all the other alternatives. People noticing the differences between blacks and whites had to be silences, hence those words were forbidden. It extends to Trans-activists, where one is not allowed to say Trans-women, but has to say women. Islamophobia is similar, one is not allowed to express thoughts. The racism card is used in a similar way to silence discussions.

IQ is to a large extend not a product of the environment, but pretty much an ability like being tall or a fast runner. When you live in an environment where one can fetch food by hunting, fishing or foraging, long-term planning is less required. When complex thinking is not required, maintaining a costly brain is disadvantage. And if you live in a tropical wonderland where fruits are growing everywhere, cloths are not needed and traps kill enough small animals, IQ is going down.

And as i said, prejudice is wrong. Don't base your attitude towards individuals on group averages.
