... and often very unreliable. See Loftus and Dershowitz for how memories can deceive. I seem to remember a different, an unhappy ending, with the boys forcefully separated and sobbing. But perhaps I just read about it, and it's now a "false memory. I'll probably never know. I'd like to see the uncut version, too. The current edition is clearly truncated. Maybe some day a DVD will turn up,and someone will rip it and upload it. Thats the best to hope for, isn't it? M. |
