See? When you get a more current resource, you get the right answers. "Hard-Wired Propensities: Some experts believe a genetic or biological predisposition for certain behaviors exists before birth, making these traits "natural" rather than a choice or a result of parenting style." This shows that it is hard wired as to how children identify. The learned behaviors are along the lines of "Well since I identify more with girls, and girls in society play with dolls, Therefore, I want to play with dolls". So yes, it is innate self-identification, coupled with learned norms of where society divides the lines and pushes this identity onto one side or the other. Wouldn't it be nice if toys were just toys and not boy toys and girl toys? Then children would not be unfairly pressured to conform to one social identity or the other. Boys can just be themselves in whatever form that takes. This still doesn't excuse your original bashing of femboys, expecting them to conform. But I understand that some people have differing rates of growth and understanding. Additionally, I'm not sure why there needs to be strife and opposition. I get that you are unattracted to the femboy singer in my OP. I AM attracted to that type of femboy. Instead of bashing my attraction and the mere existence of such femboy, why not post a reply showing support in difference, by showing a type of boy YOU like whether it be a sporty masc boy or whatever? Then we could support each other in difference of taste. THIS would be a mature way to reply. ![]() |
