BC is largely self moderated

Why is it that the obvious White People (or people portraying White characters) always define leadership in terms of a recognized authority figure dictating to obedient followers? In reality BC is largely self moderated. Also, sources say that the "audience" appreciates the volunteer efforts of BC's unofficial Official Troll Wrangler's leadership on how to avoid dangerous people while visiting. To the degree that anyone is swayed by this "leadership" it will only be to protect their privacy and freedom (including free time) more. People are free to reject the counsel and suffer the consequences if they are more the hands on learner type, but in time moist return.
