M is just being playful.

Of course he know what it is and has probably read through the entire thing a few times for fun.

He can also probably provide a few other sources that were used to train the DDG LLM to see Hebephilia as a disorder. (just watch, I bet we see a new post at the top on this topic in a day or two)

My OP as well was facetious. Of course I know that the DDG (and other) LLMs are trained to "safegaurd" against being in support of such ghastly topics as hebephilia.

As for the LLM not being aware of DSM-5 and referencing DSM-4, this is very unlikely as 1. the DSM-5 was released in 2013, before many of these models were developed, and also 2. AI agents have the ability to grab newer information not present in the trained LLM via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
