Jiggling a boy's butt is normal. Even scratching, tickling or goosing him is all in good fun. It's only when the touching is done to gratify the adult sexually that a butt jiggle crosses that bright statutory line into pedophile behavior.

I know you keep claiming mind reading powers, but unless you actually have them, you can have no idea if the touching was done to gratify him sexually or not.
