Been a huge fan of Thomas Hubbard since I first discovered his stuff, I think via being name-dropped here on BC. I admire his honesty and bravery in the face of the mob.

It's so frustrating, the whole thing with Epstein, because I have no desire to defend the character of the man, but it's so stupid that he's now the nation's most infamous pedophile, and he's not even a pedophile. The projection is so strong it's creating myths wholesale.

Like, if anything, Epstein's actions reveal how powerful straight men are in general. Where's the outrage over heterosexual masculinity? That's what we're talking about here.
