Hubbard v Blakemore.

~ 2019, Hubbard was described by multiple students at Texas as a pedophile apologist and fanatic for child sex.

This led to mobs of radical communists and protestors attacking his house with graffiti and throwing objects through the windows.

~ 2020 - Hubbard sued some of the students who initiated this action by spreading the distorted claims about his scholarship. The University stepped in. An agreement was struck to get rid of Hubbard, but mainly on his terms due to the defamation of his character being operative in the controversy.

It led to a debate about freedom of speech, and a large financial settlement in Hubbard's favor. He then moved to California.
