The 12 or 13 year old boy--the one with braces on his teeth--french kisses the "girl" who is at least 17, maybe older. The whole thing is visible on-screen.

But things were different then.

Of course, that IS "historical sexual abuse". That female actor could probably be busted today for sexually molesting the boy, even though it happened 40 years ago!

More of that would point out the absurdity of the law, and wake people up, wouldn't it?
