Somebody took all the files made by Dr. Jones, available at:

... created a facsimile of the entire PAN magazine run--21 issues-- and made it available here:

... where, by clicking "GET" at the top of the page, you'll download it.

Check the sidebar on the left side. Scroll down to Number 9 July, 1981, click on Interview with HAJO ORTIL (page 18 of that issue) and you can read the entire article.

You can jump around the issues, when in the text something is mentioned regarding an article in a different issue. Very convenient! Of course, you can also use your PDF reader's "search" function to find things, too.
