Those struggling to recognize the boundary between friendly touch verses illegal child molesting need just examine their own motivations. If the reason they are touching is related to sexually gratifying themselves then it's sexual assault. If there is no sexual gratification intended then it's not molestation. If touching starts out innocent but sexual thoughts arise then to continue to do an action that was just one moment before legal and fine is to commit child molestation. Making the line fuzzy is the road to hell.
