Times are indeed changing, old man. Around one in five Gen Z claim to be LGBT, with the majority being bisexual:

Re: cultural fruitfulness, this is still existent. Especially in the avant-garde realms, such as in hyperpop, with artists like Sophie Xeon, Kim Petras, 6arelyhuman, Frost Children, etc. Indeed, likely because of the influence of Sophie Xeon, hyperpop is quite saturated with transgender themes.

Perhaps the average man should not be seeking to be with a boy, perhaps being "pragmatic" has no place in a bond supposed to be idealistic. The society in which it was modelled, Greece, seemed to have it mostly in the upper class, if it existed amongst the lower classes at all. Rome went even further, limiting the practice to only freeborn men sexually pursuing adolescents who were slaves, immigrants, or otherwise non-citizens. Denying that aristocratic connection, which fed the Uranian worldview (hence 'The True Aristocracy' by E.E Bradford) seems bizzare.
