My point was to offer an alternative to simply stewing in your own ill-founded beliefs. The tender, caring Nightlight would like to respect your position and reinforce it with endless gloopy coddling and introspection. The Nightlight crew thrive on it, their own benevolence glows so warmly in the darkness. In earlier days, I had similar negative thoughts that you put in your posts. Reading about the history of pederasty was a huge help, and very entertaining. GLTTA is exactly what I could have used back then, and in fact it's had no small role in my building a better understanding of the subject. Which is why I unabashedly spruik it at every opportunity. In fact, it's really the only reason I come here. And it's got nothing to do with intelligence. Believe me, I'm working with some pretty modest infrastructure here. But you can obviously read and write -- so you're in. Whether you have any interest is entirely up to you. Can't see what you have to lose. But, I have to say, the way you keep insisting I'm pushing the idea that it's alright to fuck boys TODAY, when I keep stating the exact opposite, is really starting to piss me off. The point is to FORGET ABOUT TODAY -- it's a vile, worthless, contemptible thing not worth two more seconds of your time. There's something nostalgic about the existence of GLTTA. Remember when the internet first arrived? Everyone was so excited about the possibilities --how knowledge could be engaged with, interlinked in exciting and stimulating ways, disseminated far and wide? Well, it turned out we preferred cat videos and mindless chat forums. But GLTTA is the realisation of the internet's potential for freedom through knowledge. |
