Sounds like you are a group that wants to help people take healthy steps in their own recovery from out of hand activities. Are you willing to work with people who remain anonymous? As long as people protect their personal information and use a security conscious email provider such as tuta or proton, you couldn't report them even if they did admit plans to harm a child.

Though, hopefully no one here makes plans to harm children.
