...see it. Of course, I cannot. Perhaps you can communicate the following to the MU folks, on my part. Because I cannot do that either. And for the following (same) reasons. Men think in linear ways more often than you women do. My linear thinking leads me to draw the following conclusions: --you feel the video has value --you deliberately chose to make it available through Free Speech Tube I assume that you'd like to share the video with others; that seems obvious. Women are usually less "technically-inclined" than men are. But they are more inclined to try to rationalize things, in order to put the blame on the men for any of the women's failings. Women have better verbal skills (on average) than men do, so, in arguments, men lose more often than women do. I am male, and I tend to be more rational than you, and I think linearly. One thing I understand well is that my personal security comes before everything else, even before viewing an interesting video. I take security precautions. Due to those precautions, I am unable to view the video. (But, after a dozen or two tries, I was able to safely download the audio only. Of course, it's not in English and there are no subtitles, so it is pretty much worthless.) I am NOT disposed to just "take a chance" and view the video without the normal protections I take. That would be extremely foolish. I cannot know who is monitoring what, and how IP addresses are being dealt with by LEO, etc. My "linear thinking" leads me to wonder why alternate sources of the video are not being made available. Archive.org has no copy of the video, for example. Your female non-linear thinking--putting the blame on me, as a male--will probably lead you to rationalize how the problem of downloading it is all mine, etc. But it was YOU who made the video available (or publicized its availability) so I (due to my linear thinking) believe that YOU should find alternate ways to make the video available, ones that do NOT compromise my security. There are many--there are various other video-sharing sites (Google for them) or file-sharing sites (see sites other posters use to share videos). OK--here's where your (female emotional) response is to tell me that it's MY problem that I cannot download the video. To which my (male linear) response is--you are full of bull doo-doo. M. TIP FOR YOU GUYS: If for some reason you're in a position to have sex with a woman (a wife or girlfriend) and you place a condom on your penis, and the woman insists that it is not necessary, but you say you want to use one anyway, and she then gives you the ultimatum--No condom, no sex!--then beware. She is up to no good! And if someone on a website they control says, "Download the video unprotected, or not a all!" then ditto... they are up to no good! Or they are total fucking idiots... TPKA John Holt (FYI--that's Ms, not Mr.) is invited at this point to take part in this thread and explain to me just how I am wrong in my above assessment. Again. |
