An interesting question for you guys....

I heard a large percentage of illegal content online (i.e. cp) is being uploaded/distributed by government agencies. I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. I remember someone (on Boychat) mention how the governments uploads alot of CSAM online as bait/honeypots. I am not surprised if this is true. Of course, such honeypots are not ethical whatsoever, but then again, the governments are not ethnical entities.
