Radio waves don't cause cancer

Not all radiation causes cancer. Only ionising radiation. Among light, aka electromagnetic radiation, it is only UV and higher frequencies that are ionising.

Surely you know that the highest frequencies of light emitted by phones are blue light, not radio waves?

Indeed the main danger of radio waves is overheating! And even with that, it is higher frequencies that are more effective at heating.

That said, most of the sun's heat comes through infrared, but that's only because there's so much of it.
