Sure, like SiB also mentioned, nuclear bombs, genocidal armies, even humongous asteroids on a collision course with our planet are all more deadly and dangerous than an out of control pedophile, BUT no other condition fools people (or allows them to fool themselves) into getting into situations where they can wreck their entyre lives and the lives of the people they most care about. If you don't consider wrecked families, heartbreak, prison and suicide to be harms, then you have a different way of defining harmful than most.
