A "quick" walk around the block that turns into more of a 20-minute walk. Slowly, the world isn't as quite as dark. There was a smiley baby at a restaurant I was at and seeing the pure joy on her face was adorable and heartwarming. I had a busy Sunday, with plans that were cancelled on me last minute but another commitment that quickly followed instead that ended up making me a new friend. I could have been upset and avoided the sequential commitment because of the first commitment cancelling on me last minute, and I would have missed the otherwise good experience.
