You may or may not be interested in Christianity but the welcome basket just wouldn't be complete without this invitation. Note that there is one unregistered poster here who thinks it's a major crime to mention Christianity, and there's another who is convinced that one of our moderators is an 'anti' in disguise and will try to expose our members for persecution. So there may be some flak about this post. About that 'anti in disguise' idea, if you follow Mart's suggestions about security, you will have already ruled out the whole fantasy about someone exposing you. Beyond that, it is a good general rule not to give your real-life identity to anyone in the CL world who just seems friendly, since there is the odd person around who is faking it. One more good security tip is not to use any email address in the BL community that you have ever used as a registration email at any social networking site. Even if the address was hidden there, the social network sites still allow access to certain commercial information providers called 'social network aggregators,' who will connect your other posted web information to hidden registration emails. Likewise, don't use an instant messenger ID or email address in the BL community that you have used for friends who know your real identity, or for anything else connecting to your identity.
