Help needed!

Can someone please tell me: how do I supply a link to another message or website within a post - I mean using a phrase in the body of the text and without having to write out the actual URL? Here's an example of what I mean from one of Pharmakon's recent posts: https://boychat.org/messages/1647236.htm ...in which the phrase 'Web site' links to another webpage.
