There are three characteristics. Body genitals, Sexuality, Gender phenotype. We know that a man, having male genitals, can be homosexual and prefer other men (or boys). We also know that a man who identify himself as a woman may also prefer other men, but he is not homosexual. In fact, his preferences are heterosexual From this we can conclude that these three characteristics can either completely coincide or diverge. By the 15th week of fetal development, the hemispheres of the brain are separated; by the 20th week, handedness can be determined. It can be assumed, probably somewhere in this interval basic sexuality and gender phenotype are formed. In addition, there is probably a hidden fourth characteristic - chronophilicity. |
